Color Club Port-Folio and Ozotic 509: swatches and layering
I have read many good things about Color Club Port-Folio, and a few not so good things, too. However, being that green and purple are some of my fav nail colours, I was fairly certain Port-Folio and I would be friends.
And yes, yes we are.
Not the ‘are we, aren’t we’, kind of friends. Nor the ‘I’m your friend but mostly I’m intimidated by your beauty’ kind of friends; but the ‘come in, sit down, make yourself at home’ kind of friends
This polish goes from a mid, dusty,grape-ish purple to an electric green – and it works so well for me!
It also has a shy pink shimmer, the closest I could get to capturing it was in this blurry photo, here.
These photos show two coats, no top coat. Amazing formula, Goldilocks. Not too thick, not too thin…
And then, being me, I added a thin layer of Ozotic 509, a gorgeous silvery polish with insane holographic shimmer, and topped it off with Misa BREAKneck (thinned a bit with Seche Restore)
hehehe
Now, my friend: now you can stay forever.
Blurry to show ALL the rainbow colours
Check out that shine!
More in the sunlight.
This still showed the colour shift, but all the colours are muted a bit by the silver. For a holo this intense, I forgive it.
Have a great day!

Gotta love sparkliness!
I need more holo in my life.
Holo ALL THE THINGS!
Oooh, gorgeous – and stunning combination! Is there anything that Ozotic holos can’t make better?
Thank you! I have been wracking my brains re. your question. And no, no I can’t think of anything that Ozotic holos can’t make better
